The Bosch Cake Paddles are made for thinner, pour-able batters and quick breads. The triple whipping action allows the paddles to be effective and efficient. Must be used with the Metal Driver only. Made with fewer tines so it is ideal for mixing without incorporating too much air. The right speeds to be used are 1 to 3. Switch to the dough hook when adding ingredients such as raisins, nuts, oatmeal, etc. or making extra large batches. ALWAYS use softened butter. The Metal Driver is not included. 1 year warranty.
The Cake Paddles are compatible with the older Bosch Universal, Bosch Universal Plus and Nutrimill Artiste.
