Thank you for shopping with Nakagama's Bosch Kitchen Center. If you have any concerns, please contact us so we can help resolve any issues. We offer a no hassle return policy, however conditions must apply to protect from misuse of this policy.

30 Day Return

  • Full refund on the purchase price.
  • Your return must be returned within 30 days. (30 days from delivery receipt as per Canada Post tracking number) Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  
  • You must include a completed return form.
  • Items must be returned in the original box with original packing.
  • Items must still be new or be in slightly used condition. We reserve the right to inspect all returns and assess the item(s). Any product showing abnormal wear and tear that could not have occurred by normal usage or obvious damage that could not be caused by carrier shipping, may be assessed a restocking fee, replacement charge for the value of missing or damaged product(s) or possible refusal of the return. 

60 Day Return

  • Refund on the purchase price less 15% restocking charge.
  • Your return must be returned within 60 days. (60 days from delivery receipt as per Canada Post tracking number) Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • You must include a completed return form.
  • Items must be returned in the original box with original packing.
  • Items will be assessed and issued 15% restocking fee.
  • Items must still be in new or slightly used condition. We reserve the right to inspect all returns and assess the item(s). Any products showing abnormal wear and tear that could not have occurred by normal usage or obvious damage that could not be caused by carrier shipping may be assessed a higher restocking charge, replacement charges for the value of missing or damaged product(s) or possible refusal of the return.  

SHIPPING: 

We only accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. 

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact via email.

Free Standard Shipping by Canada Post with any online purchase of $300 or more (merchandise subtotal) within Canada. Orders under $300, we charge a flat rate of $30 per machine and parts/attachment(s) are a flat rate of $15.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

If an item is on pre-order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping for second shipment.
