SHIPPING:
Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your payment. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates: We offer FREE standard shipping for orders exceeding $95. We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $95.
Estimated Delivery Time: We ship from Lethbridge, AB. Standard shipping estimate 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and my vary depending on carrier delays or other unforeseen factors.
We ONLY ship within Canada.
Order Tracking: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please notify us if it is not working, info@nakagamas.com.
Delays and Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses proved by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return form and instructions on where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item)
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
